About this role

Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and its consortium partners are implementing the European Union-funded HARVEST Project to enhance climate-smart agricultural productivity, resilience, and commercialization across Murewa, Mudzi, and Mutoko Districts.
WHH invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) from established agribusinesses, processors, commodity traders, exporters, and impact investors to serve as the Anchor Investor and Managing Partner (Majority Shareholder) in a commercially oriented, jointly owned agricultural processing enterprise. Established as an Inclusive 4P (Public-Private-Producer Partnership) enterprise, the Hub will aggregate, process, add value, and market climate-smart dryland crops produced by an organized base of over 4,000 smallholder farmers.

What is already on the table: Approximately EUR 200,000 investment in hub infrastructure, an organised base of approximately 4,000 farmers, three years of farmer association capacity strengthening, and identified dryland value chains.
The 4P proposition: Shared investment, shared governance, and shared value creation, with farmer organisations participating as shareholders
