1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VacancyHub ZW ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VacancyHub ZW provides a free online CV builder with AI-assisted tailoring, professional CV templates, and a WhatsApp job alerts channel. The service is provided free of charge during the current launch period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV.
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or achievements.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's systems.
• Keep your account credentials secure if you create an account.

4. AI CV Tailoring

The AI tailoring feature assists in improving the presentation of information you have already provided. The AI does not guarantee employment, interview selection, or ATS pass rates. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your CV. VacancyHub ZW is not liable for any outcome of a job application made using a CV created on the Platform.

The AI uses only the information you enter. You should review all AI suggestions before accepting them and ensure your final CV accurately reflects your actual experience.

5. Intellectual Property

The CV content you create belongs to you. VacancyHub ZW does not claim ownership of your personal data or CV content.

The Platform itself, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by VacancyHub ZW and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect the information you enter to build your CV and to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. CV data entered by guest users (without an account) is stored in your browser session and may be deleted after inactivity. Registered users' CV data is stored securely on our servers.

By using the Platform you consent to this data processing for the purpose of providing the CV builder service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses Google Gemini AI for CV tailoring. Your CV data is sent to Google's API for processing. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

The job alerts service is provided via WhatsApp. Use of the WhatsApp channel is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VacancyHub ZW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or any outcome of a job application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
