The Zimbabwe Red Cross Clinic in Harare is recruiting two Cashiers to process patient payments and provide financial and administrative support in a healthcare environment.

• Accurately process patient payments including cash, credit card and cheques.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Assist patients with billing enquiries.
• Generate receipts and financial documents.
• Collaborate with the billing department to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years' proven experience as a cashier, including at least 2 years in a medical or healthcare environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems including ERP and OmniSol.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices is an advantage.
