Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Allied Timbers Zimbabwe is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead operational strategy and execution across the Group's forestry and manufacturing divisions.

• Lead operational strategy and execution across the Group.
• Oversee manufacturing, forestry operations and supply chain.
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage senior leadership teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Forestry, Operations Management, Business Management, Engineering or related.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• At least 10 years' senior management experience, including 5 years at executive level.
• Experience in manufacturing, forestry, timber or a related industry.
