Graduate Trainee — Engineering & HSE

Lesaffre Zimbabwe is offering Graduate Trainee positions in four disciplines: Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), and Supply Chain Management.

• Participate in a structured graduate trainee programme at Lesaffre's Midlands facility.
• Contribute to manufacturing operations, engineering maintenance or supply chain processes.
• Apply academic knowledge to real industrial challenges.
• Develop professional competencies under the supervision of experienced mentors.

• Minimum 2.1 Degree Classification in a relevant discipline.
• Recent graduate with a driven, agile and high-performing mindset.
• Passion for fast-paced industrial operations and continuous learning.
