Operations Graduate Trainee

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to undertake an intensive structured graduate-traineeship program.

• Providing technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Account reconciliations.
• Preparation of settlement reports
• Following up and resolving trade rejection issues
• Client Query resolution.
• Data analysis to determine unusual trends and report suspicious transactions.
• New participants training.
• Support in developing new products and reviewing current processes
• Assisting walk-in clients
• Processing unclaimed shares and updating the claims schedule.

• Recent graduate with an upper second-class degree (2:1) or better in Finance or any other investment-related field.
• At least 1 year of industrial attachment experience.
• A great work ethic and a zeal to learn.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be well-groomed.
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
