About this role

Responsibilities
• Operate imaging equipment including X-ray, MRI, ultrasound and CT scanners.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Position patients correctly to obtain required images.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on imaging equipment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or Radiologic Technology.
• Registration with the Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe (AHPCZ).
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate issued by AHPCZ.
• Proficiency in Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS.
• Cannulation competency certificate.
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and protocols.
