Direct Reporting Staff: Charge Hand, Drivers, General Workers
Budgetary Control: YES
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Effectively plan, implement and supervise site maintenance work.
• Effectively provide leadership for site maintenance staff and sub-contractor management.
• Effectively manage site administration requirements.
• Effectively implement site health, safety, environmental and quality company requirements.
• Effectively schedule route inspections.
• Effective planning and programme management for road maintenance.
• Effectively manage, co-ordinate and schedule the use of all maintenance material/plant.

• 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language, Maths and Science
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering or BTech in Civil Engineering
• Licenced Driver
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Road Management
• Good leadership skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail orientated
• Project management and adequate planning methods
• Driven for excellence
