• Basic Math Skills: Handling transactions and giving correct change.
• Sales Skills: Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting products.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding the store’s products.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using POS systems and CRM software.
• Marketing Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year if experience.
• Must be good in English and Shona.
• Knowledge in Motor industry is an added advantage.
